We at TheMIGroup, (referred to as "TheMIGroup,", "MI", "we," "us," or "our") recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information ("Information") collected about our clients' employees who become our customers and prospective customers (referred to as "Customers"). This privacy statement discloses what Information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. At TheMIGroup, it is our intention to give you an understanding about how we collect Customer Information and the use we make of it in the course of our business.

Information may be requested/collected to enable or enhance the delivery of services to you, and to make the experience of using this site faster and more effective. Most of the Information collected by TheMIGroup is supplied by our clients, our suppliers, and our customers as part of the relocation process. This information includes name, address, e-mail address, bank account number, etc. ("Personal Information"). TheMIGroup does not take any responsibility for the data collection and usage practices or policies of any third parties that supply us with Personal Information.
Consent/Opt-Out
Except as otherwise permitted or required by law, we will not collect, use, or disclose Personal Information without your consent. Generally, by providing us with your Information, you are communicating your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of such Information for the purposes for which you provided the Information to us, and as described in this Policy. Limiting Collection, Use, Disclosure and Retention
We collect, use and disclose Personal Information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required or permitted by law.
Your Personal Information is retained only as long as is necessary to fulfill those purposes, subject to reasonable legal limitations periods, statutory or regulatory retention requirements and legitimate business requirements.
Usage Tracking
When you enter this site, we collect your IP (Internet Protocol) address for the purpose of system administration, to report traffic patterns through the site, and to audit the use of our site. How We Protect Your Information
The security for all Information associated with our users is of utmost concern to us. We exercise commercially reasonable care in providing for secure transmission of your Personal Information between your PC and our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, TheMIGroup can't ensure or warrant the security of any Information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. You may request access to your Personal Information in our possession by writing to us at the address provided above. We establish and maintain a file of Personal Information for each Customer. Your file will be kept at an MI controlled facility, with our service provider(s) and/or our third party storage facility and only authorized employees and agents of TheMIGroup who require access to your Personal Information to fulfill their job requirements will have access to your file. If you wish to access your file or make corrections to it, please contact us as described above. In some limited circumstances, we may not be able to grant you access to your Personal Information, for example if doing so would threaten the security of another individual.
