Provider Management

Since 1978, we have been partnering with our global Providers to deliver quality, customized service to our Clients and Employees relocating permanently or as part of a temporary assignment.

We are proud to continue this tradition and to do so we have engaged our Provider Management department to ensure compliance with our internal quality standards. The Provider Management department is responsible for Supply Chain Management, which includes Provider qualification, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) execution, competitive pricing analysis, contract negotiation, implementation standards coordination and SAP Provider database management.

We qualify Providers to determine relocation knowledge, training, experience, industry involvement, technical service delivery knowledge and many other factors that help us identify the best Providers in each marketplace, worldwide. Performance Measurement is a key factor in evaluating a Provider’s performance and maintaining long-term, beneficial relationships. To identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI), several areas of our business become involved to thoroughly evaluate and render meaningful statistics. Key players involve our Provider Management department, Quality Assurance department, Corporate Affairs department, local offices and our Relocation Managers, who interface with our Providers daily to deliver services to our Clients and Relocating Employees.
